Based in Venice and established through the union of two long-standing exhibition service companies, Exhibition Care brings together decades of hands-on experience developed in one of Europe’s most complex exhibition environments.
On-site Exhibition Services
Exhibition Care has supported the Venice Biennale on site for decades, working within pavilions, palazzi, and temporary venues throughout the city. Our team manages, coordinates and operates directly on the ground, providing installation support, technical coordination, staffing, and ongoing exhibition operations during installation, opening, and public phases. Deep local knowledge and long-standing relationships allow us to work efficiently with Venice's unique constraints.
Exhibition Care provides on-site exhibition management and coordination through an in-house, multilingual team, overseeing exhibition teams, venues, and technical activity throughout installation, opening, and public phases. Our role is practical and continuous: we are present on site managing people, spaces, and daily operations in real time.
All exhibition management, coordination, staffing, and visitor services are delivered by Exhibition Care’s own team, ensuring clear communication, consistent standards, and seamless operation across all phases of the exhibition. These services are delivered primarily in Venice, where historic buildings, restricted access, and high visitor volumes require constant on-site management. Selected projects are also supported across Italy when required.
