Between 2014 and 2025, Exhibition Care has supported more than 84 exhibitions in collaboration with or parallel to the Venice Biennale, including national pavilions, official collateral events, and off-Biennale exhibitions. Our work spans multiple editions and disciplines, delivered through sustained on-site involvement across Venice.

Alongside our extensive work connected to the Venice Biennale, Exhibition Care also supports exhibitions and cultural projects in other Italian locations. In recent years, we have delivered on-site exhibition management and operational support for clients in cities including Milan, Vicenza, Bergamo, Padova and Trieste, applying the same standards developed through our Venice-based work.

British Pavilion exhibition venue during the Venice Biennale

For the 19th Venice Biennale of Architecture, Exhibition Care provided comprehensive operational and logistical services to a principal sponsor of the British Pavilion, building on our earlier role for the British Pavilion during the 58th Venice Biennale of Art. Our scope encompassed pavilion and exhibition management, team coordination, logistics, installation, conservation and maintenance, security, operational protocols, and public-phase operations. We managed a team of 70 fellows, developed and assisted with the Fellows Research Programme, and delivered museum hosting, guided tours, events, technical services, and transport. The project concluded with official visits and institutional engagements reflecting the Pavilion’s international profile.

Pakistan Pavilion | Naiza Khan | 'Manora Field Notes'

Client: Divya Foundation | Location: Spazio Tana

For the 19th Venice Biennale of Architecture, Exhibition Care supported the Pakistan Pavilion by presenting the exhibition at Spazio 996/A, our dedicated exhibition space, and delivering logistics coordination, installation, construction, deinstallation, and event support through our in-house team.

Building on this collaboration, we had previously delivered a comprehensive, end-to-end exhibition service for the Pakistan Pavilion at the 58th Venice Biennale of Art, carrying out installation and deinstallation, construction and refurbishment, lighting and technical delivery, logistics, conservation, security, and full exhibition and venue management.

New Zealand Pavilion exhibition venue during the Venice Biennale

New Zealand Pavilion | Future Islands

Client: New Zealand Institute of Architects | Location: Palazzo Bollani, Waikato Museum, Adam Art Gallery, Tauranga Museum, Object Space, Ara Institute, Auckland Arena.

Exhibition Care has supported the New Zealand Pavilion since 2008. For the 15th Venice Biennale of Architecture, we delivered a comprehensive, end-to-end exhibition service, including project and venue management, production and logistics, installation, conservation and maintenance, exhibition cleaning, graphic production, museum hosting, guided tours, events, technical support, and transport. Our work on the project was recognised with the President’s Award from the New Zealand Institute of Architects. Following its presentation in Venice, we personally delivered and curated the touring exhibition across six venues in New Zealand, working on site at each location to carry out installation, transport, packing and unpacking, condition reporting, logistics, and exhibition presentation.

Collateral Event | Chun Kwang Young | Times Reimagined

For the 59th Venice Biennale of Art we delivered a fully coordinated, end-to-end service for 'Times Reimagined,' directly providing both public-facing and operational support. Our role encompassed complete museum hosting and exhibition management, venue operations, security and access control, event delivery, and on-site catering.

We also directly delivered simultaneous translation, technical support, equipment hire, transport, and logistics, alongside conservation oversight, condition reporting, exhibition cleaning, and the management of symposia. In addition, we led delegate-guided tours for Ministers of Culture, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-calibre experience for international stakeholders.

Qatar Pavilion | Beyti Beytak, My Home is Your Home

Client: Qatar Museums

For the 19th Venice Biennale of Architecture, Exhibition Care delivered an end-to-end operational service for the Qatar Pavilion, providing museum hosting, exhibition management, event support, and transport coordination across multiple venues, including the Giardini and Palazzo Franchetti, in collaboration with Art Capital Partners, with whom we have worked since 2015. Our engagement with Qatar’s Biennale presentations spans multiple editions. For the 60th Venice Biennale of Art, we delivered museum hosting, exhibition management, transport, and technical and audio-visual services for Your Ghosts Are Mine, and previously provided exhibition management, museum hosts, and event support for Building Creative Nation at the 18th Venice Biennale of Architecture.

Frida Kahlo e Diego Rivera

For Frida Kahlo & Diego Rivera, Exhibition Care delivered a fully integrated operational service through our in-house team, including exhibition management, museum hosting, event support, ticketing, bookshop operations, access control, armed security and secure transport for Skira Editore.
This project forms part of our long-standing collaboration with Skira Editore, spanning more than nine exhibitions across Bergamo, Milan, Padua, Trieste, and Venice, and including exhibitions dedicated to artists such as Yayoi Kusama, Jimmy Nelson, Michelangelo Pistoletto, El Greco, The Macchiaioli, Nico Vascellari, Lee Miller, and Man Ray.

Katharina Grosse | Untitled Trumpet

For Untitled Trumpet at the 56th Venice Biennale of Art, Exhibition Care delivered a fully integrated service from fabrication through to public presentation, including exhibition and event management, specialist materials supply, construction, installation and deinstallation, transport, and ongoing art maintenance throughout the Biennale.

Building on this collaboration, we were subsequently invited to support Katharina Grosse again at the 59th Venice Biennale of Art, providing specialist art maintenance services for Apollo / Apollo, reflecting continued trust in our expertise with large-scale contemporary works.

Russian Pavilion | Lc 15:11-32'

For the 58th Venice Biennale of Art, Exhibition Care delivered a fully integrated exhibition service for the Russian Pavilion, carrying out installation and deinstallation, construction, graphic installation, museum hosting, exhibition management, and transport, supporting the Pavilion from installation through to public operation. Our collaboration with the Russian Pavilion spans multiple Biennale editions. At the 16th Venice Biennale of Architecture, we delivered installation, construction, graphic installation, museum hosting, exhibition management, and transport for Station Russia, and previously provided installation services for Theatrum Orbis at the 15th Venice Biennale of Architecture. Beyond the Pavilion, we delivered installation and museum hosting services for Russian collateral exhibitions, with Fondazione Ca’ Foscari during the 56th and 58th Venice Biennale of Art.
