Exhibition Care is a Venice-based exhibition services company specialising in on-site exhibition management, coordination, and operations for international and national clients. We work directly within exhibition venues, managing teams, spaces, and technical activity to ensure exhibitions are delivered, operated, and maintained to the highest professional standards. Our work is grounded in Venice, one of the most complex exhibition environments in Europe. Operating within historic buildings, temporary venues, and high-visitor contexts, we provide reliable on-site leadership through an in-house, multilingual team with extensive international experience. Selected projects are also supported across Italy, applying the same operational standards developed through daily work in Venice.

We are trusted specialists in exhibition management and coordination, exhibition team and venue management, installation and de-installation, art handling, technical on-site support, and daily exhibition operations. All exhibition staffing and visitor services including invigilation, front-of-house, access control, ticketing, bookshop operations, and guided exhibition tours are delivered directly by our own team, ensuring continuity, accountability, and clear responsibility throughout all phases of a project.

Exhibition Care has supported major international exhibitions and cultural events, including extensive on-site work for the Venice Biennale of Art and Architecture, delivering national pavilions, collateral events, and large-scale institutional exhibitions. Our experience spans contemporary, modern, and historical art, as well as architecture, design, and multidisciplinary cultural programmes. We collaborate closely with artists, curators, cultural institutions, architects, publishers, and international partners, providing practical, responsive solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each exhibition. Renowned for our discretion, reliability, and problem-solving capacity, Exhibition Care is a long-term operational partner for clients who require excellence on site and confidence in complex exhibition environments.
