Metamistic
We were honored to host the Metamistic exhibition in our newly inaugurated exhibition space, Spazio 996/A, located in Venice. This innovative project is rooted in the artistic vision of Jacek Kornacki and further developed in collaboration with Maciej Śmietański.

Exhibition
The Metamistic exhibition presents a two-dimensional system of art objects designed to create a redefinable artistic space, forming a mosaic of cultural and civilizational meanings. This approach invites viewers to embark on an artistic and cognitive journey through various signs and symbols. The individual pieces, referred to as “cubes,” function both as tangible artworks suitable for exhibition and collection, and as digital files accessible through an online platform. This digital aspect allows users to engage interactively, creating their own art compositions based on the provided elements.
Jacek Kornacki’s initial works, comprising four mosaics, were created over a decade ago using a technique that did not permit the movement of the cubes. Over time, this method evolved, leading to the development of the current system showcased in the Metamistic exhibition.
The exhibition’s debut in Venice marked a significant milestone, with the city’s rich artistic heritage providing an ideal backdrop for the project’s premiere. The opening event was a remarkable success, leaving an indelible impression on all who attended.
Hosting Metamistic at Spazio 996/A reaffirmed our commitment to supporting contemporary artistic endeavors and providing a platform where creativity and innovation can thrive. This experience has further solidified our role as a key player in the local and international art scene, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate with artists and curators to bring groundbreaking exhibitions to life.
